Points Redemption

Standards of updating MinYa Membership: 1 point for every 10 RMB spent
Validity: 24 month
The validity may be extended if members promise to consume and redeem points within 3-6 months. No points earned for rooms offered under special promotions

Please Note

1. Shanghai MinYa Hotel reserves the right to change any of the membership rules, conditions, benefits, awards or award levels pertaining to the membership.
2. All promotions, service packages, terms and conditions apply to Shanghai MinYa Hotel.
3. Membership will be terminated if any members or applicants disobey the rules of People Republic of China.
4. Shanghai MinYa Hotel reserves the right to terminate the membership program pertaining to the membership without prior notice. A member will continue to enjoy the benefit for 6 months upon termination
5. Shanghai MinYa Hotel reserves the right to change any of the membership rules, conditions, benefits, awards or award levels pertaining to the membership without prior notice.
6. MinYa card is FULLY TRANSFERABLE. Please provide your family members, friends and associates with the Card to afford them the accommodation and dining benefits.
7. MinYa members must be at least 18-year old. Temporarily, Individuals are only eligible to have one MinYa account.
8. MinYa members earn 1 point for every 10 RMB spent.
9. The sale or barter of MinYa points, hotel or partner awards or benefits other than by MinYa is prohibited. MinYa points, hotel or partner awards or benefits that have been transferred, sold or assigned for such purposes may be confiscated or canceled.
10. MinYa awards are not negotiable, commissionable or redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration
11. When member makes a MinYa award reservation, the corresponding number of MinYa points for that reservation will be automatically deducted from member's account.
12. In order to redeem MinYa points for free night awards at MinYa, members must make award reservations in advance. If member cancels a MinYa award reservation, any corresponding MinYa points that have been deducted from member's account will be returned to the account within 3 days of the cancellation. If member does not follow proper hotel cancellation policy or if member does not check into the hotel, the corresponding number of MinYa points for that reservation will be automatically deducted from member's account.
13. In order for a MinYa member to receive MinYa points, the member or his families and friends must indicate membership card number at reservation and present the membership card while checking-in.
14. MinYa award reservations are subject to the reservation requirements of the hotel, such as length of stay, special packages and meal plans.
15. A member's membership may be discontinued at MinYa’s discretion if a member does not record MinYa points during any consecutive 24-month period. All MinYa points in the account will be forfeited at that time. The member may resume membership by re-staying in MinYa.
16. These Terms and Conditions may only be modified in writing by an officer of Shanghai MinYa Hotel. Other than as set forth in the previous sentence, no employee, agent or other representative of Shanghai MinYa Hotel has the right or authority to modify any of these Terms and Conditions. All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Shanghai MinYa Hotel.
17. Membership in Shanghai MinYa Hotel, the awarding of MinYa points and redemption of MinYa points are void where prohibited by law, and are subject to applicable government regulations. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People Public of China.
