Reward Points

Reward points can be earned when with every purchase and every visit at all our food and beverage outlets, sauna and operating outlets. 1 point for every 10 RMB spent. Please contact our Membership Department at +86(21)5093 3333 for the rebate vouchers when you wish to redeem your reward points.
Points Redemption
1. 1,000 – 20,000 points: 2% rebate voucher based on your 12-month total consumption amount (redeemable at any operating outlets throughout the hotel; rebate vouchers are not entitled to further discounts).
2. 20,000 – 50,000 points: 3% rebate voucher (redeemable at any operating outlets throughout the hotel; rebate vouchers are not entitled to further discounts).
3. No rebate vouchers will be offered for points accumulation of less than 1,000.
